Procedure for Reporting Software Errors
All Concepts NREC computer programs are supplied to clients only in a substantially tested form. Numerous test cases are run with each computer program before it is released to any client. Careful checks are made of the computational procedure to determine that it is substantially error free. However, to eliminate an error as soon as possible, Concepts NREC encourages all inquiries concerning code validity.
If a user believes that an error has been found, the user sends an e-mail to support@conceptsnrec.com with the name and version of the program, a description of the problem detailed enough for reproduction of the problem, and attaches any files necessary to recreate the problem. The more information provided concerning the problem and how it is triggered, the more easily the error can be found and fixed. In the event that an actual error is identified, Concepts NREC corrects the coding and issues a report in a reasonable time, usually within a few weeks of notification of the original problem.
